This is all I can do with all the minor injuries I keep incurring wetter I am active or at rest. I figure I might as well do some conditioning. What is the alternative, sit around?
I am very discouraged with my attempts to lose weight and get leaner. Much of this is diet. I have used food to replace nicotine and caffeine. Tonight, when I go to work, is another chance to make good food decisions. I need to stop eating out with my peers.
It is hard to go along and just have water, but that is what I need to do. Eating out has a 99% chance of being a bad food choice.
