I went to the gym and did what I could, sticking to lower body work because my upper back is still tweaked.
WARM-UP: AMT Open Stride Machine: 5 minutes
Leg Press Machine: 5 sets of 12 to 20 reps (stetching between sets, upper and lower body)
Leg Curl Machine: 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps (stetching between sets, upper and lower body)
Calf Press on the Leg Press Machine: 2 sets of 20
Stair machine (rolling steps): 5 minutes
SUMMARY: This is what I call a "better than nothing" workout.
